INFORMATION NOTICE AND COLLECTION OF CONSENT Act of Parliament N. 196/30 June 2003

Pursuant to the articles 13 and 23 of the Act of Parliament n. 196/2003, containing provision to safeguard people and other subjects, the following pieces of information are given as regards the treatment of personal information:

1.Collected information will be used for administrative, tax keeping accounts, promoting, statistics aims, as well as the elaboration of the documents and of the forms, object of the services connected with the running of the relation with You, clients and/or for the fulfilment of the law duties.

3.The giving of the required information is compulsory in order to carry out the asked service and the invoice. The possible refusal to give such information will cause the impossibility to satisfy every demand.
