You are invited in my workshop at Molvena or in my shop in Vicenza where we can plan together your ideal footwear. In case you can’t reach me , together the measures of the foot, its peculiarities and the points of utmost care, give me also directions, as detailed as possible, about how the model must be, even with a photo or a drawing.
I will prepare your shoes and we will try them on (it is also possible to send them for the fitting and you will give them back with the eventual corrections to do).
Subsequently, we will finish them with the eventual corrections and the operations of fixing and we will send them; all that will require 30/40 days or at any rate according the arrangements decided in the order, excluded the consignment times.
Since the workmanship is extremely hand made and unique, hand-manufactured articles can present small imperfections or irregularities in the leather, obviously keeping unaltered the functionality and the quality of the product. That will be a value as much as it doesn’t mark a mass workmanship.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The orders of articles made to measure and/or personalized or whatever on demand, are excluded from such a right, as you evict from the article 5 paragraph 3 letter C of the law enacted on 22/05/1999 n.185 “accomplishment of the directive 97/7/ce concerning the protection of consumers on the subject of contacts at a distance” issued in Gazzetta Ufficiale n.143 of 21/06/1999 (correction G.U. of 30/09/1999).
